Richard S. Piscopo, Jr. was born in Port Jefferson, NY. He moved to San Diego, CA where he attended San Diego State University undergraduate, graduating in 1988 and Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating in 1993. He is licensed to practice law in both Iowa and California.

Richard moved to Clear Lake, IA in 1999 and has devoted his practice primarily to family law, criminal defense and personal injury. He is known to be tenacious yet fair, hard-working and honest.
